I just read that Swoopo Entertainment Company purchased penny auction OohiLove for an unreported sum. This really comes as no surprise to me, considering how Swoopo started seeing some hot competition from Beezid, Bidcactus, and a number of other new sites, something had to be done.
Are there other penny auction sites on Swoopo’s radar?
Since Swoopo’s operations are spread evenly around the globe, they do have the finances to make more purchases. If I were them t I would probably aim to purchase either Quibids or Beezid since both have a huge market share and a very loyal following, especially when looking at their very active facebook pages.
I’m sure the amount they acquired OoohiLove isn’t even close to the amount reported AT&T is willing to pay for T-Mobile ($39 billion), but I am very curious to know. So if you know anything in regards to the purchase price, please don’t hesitate to email me.
