By purchasing Penny Auction Secret!™ (”this program”), you agree that you will not hold the owner(s)/operator(s)/manager(s)/creator(s)/author(s)/copywriter(s)/partners(s) of this website and eBook (from here on referred to as “Penny Auction Secret”), or any of their affiliates or partners liable for any damages or costs incurred, whether mental or physical, while using the information described in Penny Auction Secret™, or for any reason at all.

Should you be found in violation of this agreement, you agree to appear before a board of arbitration in Detroit, MI at your own expense and adhere to the verdict of the board. You agree to do this in lieu of court within 60 days of written notice. By any failure to appear at the arbitration meeting, you agree to pay damages of $25,000 or the maximum allowed by applicable law (the latter if the sum is greater than the former) to “Penny Auction Secret” (described above) for damages/suffering/time lost within 120 days from the date of written notice of the arbitration meeting. You also agree not to file any counter charges or claims against “Penny Auction and Company” (described above). Should any clause in this agreement be found to be in violation of any law, it will not void any of the other provisions or the agreement as a whole.

You agree to resolve any and all legal issues through a board of arbitration in Detroit, MI at your own expense, and not pursue legal action through any other court system. By any failure to appear at the arbitration meeting, you agree to pay damages of $25,000 or the maximum allowed by applicable law (the latter if the sum is greater than the former) to “Penny Auction and Company” (described above) for damages/suffering/time lost within 120 days from the date of written notice of the arbitration meeting.

You agree not to pass along the ebook or contents thereof to any other third party. “Penny Auction and Company” (described above) may or may not still be currently making claims depicted on this website.

The refund policy & guarantee offered is conditional: You must provide, to customer service, adequate documentation (enough that a reasonable person could make an informed and reasonably accurate assumption) which proves that you did in fact put in an honest, legitimate, and full-fledged effort (”an effort”), which is to be determined solely by customer service. “An effort” is considered honest, legitmate, and full-fledged when you follow the instructions exactly as described inside “this program” and do not skip any steps. The instructions that must be followed are limited to the free or non-premium (without additional cost required) information presented inside “this program”. “An effort” must also demonstrate that you followed the instructions to the extent at which a reasonable person could assume “an effort” was performed to the fullest extent physically and mentally possible by you. Refunds will only be issued 30 days after initial purchase.  Refunds will only be issued to those documents deemed valid by our management after inspection and valuation of dissatisfaction.

The refund policy & guarantee offered ONLY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF “THIS PROGRAM” i.e. Penny Auction Secret. There are NO REFUNDS on programs or items purchased after the original purchase of “this program”.
